Safeway at 838 Sir Francis Drake Boulevard, San Anselmo, California.

Just from an experience I witnessed today. There was a sweet lady working at the kiosk at the Starbucks there, and it was obviously her first time really being at bar. She asked questions on how to do things (normal, there is a lot to remember), and was immediately met, by customers and the people WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO HELP HER, with attitude and rudeness. They kept saying that she should figure it out herself! And from previous experience, they don't even know how to do THEIR jobs! (Got a cappuccino with soy, ended up with a flat latte with 2%)
I felt so sorry for her, as a trainer this kind of behavior was UNACCEPTABLE. I will personally be telling all of my barista friends about this and they won't be coming anywhere near your store.
